- Laundry in garage with washing machine and dryer, and clothesline in rear garden.

- Split system air-conditioning in lounge. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

- Firepit (you will need to bring your own wood)

- Ample toys and games to keep the kids (and adults!) entertained.

- Use of 3 Kayaks, 1 SUP, soccer net, totem tennis

- Direct water access (see pic for launching ability) and views everywhere.

-There is plenty of room to park your car on the property though there is no covered area.

For those with little ones, there are ample children’s toys and games to be found throughout the property. There is a TV with chromecast set up in the kids’ bedroom and a hallway door that can be closed off if the kids are getting a little boisterous. However, there are no gates on the veranda and whilst there is a sliding door that can be locked, you will need to be mindful of this as the lake can be accessed easily.

Whilst the garage is accessible to guests, the boat that is inside is not available for guests use. You are more than welcome to bring your own boat. The lake can be accessed from the rear of the property via a grass slipway (for small watercraft) or for larger, at the Dora Creek boat ramp down the road.
